Sarasota Piano Learning

Lesson tuition is billed on a monthly basis and is due on the 1st of each month.The total monthly fee depends on the number of scheduled lesson days in that month and the length of each lesson.

Monthly tuition is calculated based on the number of lessons scheduled in the calendar month.

Attendance & Make-Up Lessons

Your lesson time is reserved exclusively for you each week. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us as early as possible.

48+ hours notice: Eligible for a make-up lesson

Less than 48 hours notice: Lesson is forfeited and cannot be refunded

Make-up lessons:

  • Must be completed within 60 days

  • Are subject to teacher avaailability

  • Must be scheduled by the student or parent

If no make-up times are available, the lesson may be credited toward a future lesson at the teacher’s discretion.

General Policy Information

By enrolling in lessons with Sarasota Piano Learning, students and families agree to follow these studio policies regarding payments, attendance, and scheduling.

Ending Lessons

If you decide to stop lessons, we require at least two weeks’ notice in advance.

This allows us to properly adjust the schedule and offer the time slot to another student.
